EXPOSED feat Witty Books Dummy Award

Event

EXPOSED feat Witty Books Dummy Award is an international competition aimed at the selection and publication of an unpublished photographic project in book form.

The award is open to photographers and collectives who have developed a complete body of work and have already structured it into a final editorial layout, but have not yet officially published it. From all submissions received, the jury will select 20 finalist dummies to be presented in May as part of the EXPOSED Torino Photo Festival program.
Among these, the winning project will be edited and published by Witty Books, officially becoming part of its catalog.

The winning work will be published by Witty Books in a minimum print run of 400 copies, with 10% of the production reserved for the author.

The editorial development phase will take place throughout 2026, with the goal of presenting the finished volume and managing its official launch during the 2027 edition of EXPOSED Torino Photo Festival.

To apply, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: EXPOSED feat Witty Books Dummy Award – Name and Surname

Please include the following documents as attachments:
– PDF file of the project including photographs and a synopsis (max 20MB);
– short biography.

The authors included in the shortlist of 20 finalists will be contacted at a later date to send a physical dummy. The hard copy is essential for the final evaluation by the jury and for the exhibition during EXPOSED Torino Photo Festival.
