Sunday, May 10, 11:00 am | Museo Nazionale del Risorgimento Italiano

On the occasion of the exhibition Long live women! Feminism in the Photographs of Paola Agosti at the Museo Nazionale del Risorgimento Italiano, the EXPOSED audience will have the opportunity to hear the Turin-based photographer speak in person and immerse themselves in the story of her photographic journey between 1974 and 1982, a pivotal period for the feminist movement in Italy.

Paola Agosti’s gaze is not merely documentary: it is engaged and conscious, capable of conveying empathy, tension, and solidarity, giving voice to the plurality of female subjectivities and the complexity of a movement that profoundly transformed Italian society and beyond.

The event will offer the opportunity to explore her visual archive, expanding the conversation to include Agosti’s international experiences and the social, political, and cultural themes she has continued to develop throughout her career.
