Opening weekend

From April 9 to 12, the opening phase of EXPOSED Torino Photo Festival takes place, featuring four days that kick off the event with a rich program of exhibitions, talks, and events spread throughout the city.
The project, curated by Walter Guadagnini, involves some of Turin’s leading cultural venues and numerous urban spaces, fostering a dialogue between artists, curators, institutions, and the public.

Thursday, April 9
– 11:00 am–9:00 pm: Exhibition openings
– 3:00–9:00pm: Opening of Metamorphosis
– 7:30–9:00 pm: Opening of Diana Markosian. Replaced

Friday, April 10
– 3:00–6:30 pm The Searchlights. Public Portfolio Review at Gallerie d’Italia
– 6:30 pm talk with Diana Markosian at Gallerie d’Italia
– 9:00 pm–12:00 am Esterno Notte

Saturday, April 11
– 11:00 am talk with Ralph Gibson at CAMERA
– 12:00 pm Presentation of the Annual Photography Report at Gallerie d’Italia
– 5:00 pm talk with Dean Chalkley at CAMERA
– 6:30 pm discussion on the Metamorphosis exhibition at CAMERA
– 10:00 pm–2:00 am EXPOSED PARTY at Le Roi Music Hall

Sunday, April 12
– 11:00 am talk with Karla Hiraldo Voleau at Museo Nazionale del Risorgimento Italiano

All events included in the opening program are free with the EXPOSED Pass, and admission is open to the public while seats last.
